Bank Transfer is our preferred method, but only if you have a Thai Bank Account. Please follow the link to the “Refund Form” and provide us with your Bank Details.
We can also give your refund via PayPal, but you will have to pay the Paypal fee.
If you have changed to a shorter distance in the past, fear not. We will calculate the refund from your Original Payment, not from your current race distance registration fee.
In any case, please allow our poor accountant at least 20 working days to process your refund.
